A born entrepreneur, Andrew was one of the first to launch a co-working space in New York City — well before the model became mainstream.
He later founded Boston’s first 24/7 gym, building it in the heart of Roxbury, a historically underserved health desert, and scaling it to 700 members while operating virtually.
His deep belief in wellness, accessibility, and innovation has shaped the way he builds businesses: virtually, systemically, and with human purpose at the core.

Today, he also runs Best Virtual Staff, a bespoke staffing company that sources top talent from Asia and Latin America to help CEOs create owner-independent businesses.
